The maximum bending angle of up to 135° can be read off a scale. The bending segments in 11 different widths (270 mm, 200 mm, 150 mm, 100 mm, 75 mm, 50 mm, 45 mm, 40 mm, 35 mm, 30 mm and 25 mm) can be removed individually from the upper beam as required and then pushed together as necessary for the respective workpiece. This guarantees you precise work when folding and bending. In order to bend different thicknesses of metal, you will need to adjust the distance between the bending bar and the bending leg. The machine has adjustment screws for adjusting the settings with just a few motions. The matching hex wrench for loosening or tightening the screws is included in delivery. The box and pan brake with a maximum opening width of 50 mm has a bracket on the bending beam. Pressing the foot pedal on the base frame clamps the workpiece so that you have both hands free to operate the clamp with its two handles. The non-slip rubber coating on the handles make working with this device very safe. To give the solid pan brake additional stability, you can mount the base frame of the steel construction on the floor using the four pre-drilled mounting holes measuring 13 mm in diameter.
