A silicone seal prevents the filling from leaking out of the cylinder. To fill the 14 cm cylinder with sausage meat, simply unlock it and take it out. The container can be filled by hand or directly from a meat grinder. Because the entire sausage maker is made of food-safe and long-lasting stainless steel, the cylinder and components are easy to clean.
