The contact grill has a robust and high-quality design. The casing is made from stainless steel and has an upper and lower griddle which also keep the grilled dishes warm. The upper griddle has a ribbed surface with a characteristic wave pattern.
The contact grill has a removable drip tray where the fat gathers during food preparation. This not only allows you to grill in a healthy and low-fat way but it also makes the grill easy to clean afterwards. Non-slip rubber knobs and heat insulated handles ensure your safety while cooking.
The seamless temperature adjustment between 50 and 300 °C and the 2200 watts power allow you to prepare meat fish vegetables or sandwiches in a gentle manner.
