The meat grinder RCFW 220EXPERT from Royal Catering was designed for professional use in the catering or butcher's industries. The practical and easy-to-use device from Royal Catering's butcher's equipment selection stands out for its high-quality components, impressive output and extensive accessories.
 

The Expert Series was specially developed to meet high demands. The powerful 1100 W motor effortlessly transmits the force you need for professional food grinding. The professional meat mincer set has the possibility of positioning five mincers in a row, enabling it to work optimally and process up to 220 kg of food per hour. The high-quality workmanship distinguishes this electric meat grinder from Royal Catering's catering equipment collection and, in combination with selected materials, guarantees the longevity of the device. While the blades and grinder plates of high-quality stainless steel guarantee optimal meat processing, the polished anodised aluminium housing is both robust and lightweight.

A specially-developed oil bath and an ultra-modern gearwheel drive enable amazingly quiet operation. Despite its impressive output of 1100 watts, the meat grinder impresses with its quiet operation. The versatile accessory is ideal for manufacturing various meat products and can also be used for processing other foods. The three different grinder plates, which are easy to change out, provide a variety of possibilities. The meat mincer's reverse function enables the worm shaft to rotate in either direction. The simple operation by means of a rotary switch quickly removes blockages in the device, guaranteeing especially efficient operation. At approx. 220 rotations per minute, the meat is forcefully pushed over the worm shaft into the five-piece mincer set made of high-quality stainless steel. The meat passes the pre-cutter, the first blade and the first grinder plate, a second blade and the final grinder plate. You can even process meat containing bone into a uniform meat mixture. The built-in fan guarantees continuous operation of the meat grinder.
 

The well-thought-out construction and convenient design of the commercial meat grinder guarantee quick and easy disassembly and cleaning. The smooth surfaces and the ability to remove all components from the unit allow for thorough cleaning.
