The glass warming tray RCHP-500G is perfectly suited for keeping dishes warm over a prolonged time and is invaluable in large kitchens where some dishes need to stay warm while others are still being prepared. The warming tray from Royal Catering allows you to keep dishes at the perfect temperature as well as warming plates cups or containers.
The compact and space-saving device measures 53 x 32.5 cm which leaves you with enough space to place the dishes. The integrated handles allow for an easy transportation of the 4.4 kg tray. The glass warming tray is made from stainless steel and the heating surface is made from tempered durable glass. Four non-slip rubber bumpers ensure a steady footing on every working surface. The power cable is 130 cm long.
The warming tray has a high-powered 260 watts heating element which distributes the warmth evenly over the entire surface. The temperature range is between 30 and 85 °C and can be regulated with a 7-stage rotary knob on the front. The temperature can be adjusted at will you are not bound to the exact stages. The first stage heats the plate up to 30 °C. Each additional stage adds a further 9 °C. During the heating process the indicator lamp glows until the adjusted temperature has been reached. As soon as the temperature drops the thermostat starts up automatically. The orange indicator light appears and the heater turns itself on again.
