The double electric grill RCG-60GB from Royal Catering is a real gastronomical all-rounder with its two different surface structures and two adjustable heating zones. The high-performance electric grill has two independent heating zones each with an output of 3 200 watts and a temperature range of 50 to 300 °C. This allows you to both grill and keep food warm in parallel. The desired temperature can be adjusted using the two continuously-adjustable control knobs on the front of the double electric grill. The fully automatic thermostat keeps the temperature constant. The status lights inform you of the current operating status at a glance.
The large work surface of 60 x 40 centimetres enables you to prepare large quantities of food at a time. The grill's two differently-structured surfaces provide the optimal preparation style for each grilled food. The smooth surface is ideal for vegetables and steaks while the ribbed section provides optimum grease drainage while ensuring easy low-calorie cooking. It also gives the grilled products the traditional grilled pattern.
The grill plate is made of carbon steel and quickly transfers the heat from the heating elements to the food while still maintaining its temperature. The housing itself is made of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore especially resistant to corrosion and water stains. Thanks to its strength this material is also very durable and maintains its bright shine even after decades of use. In addition to the smooth and easy-care surface an efficient grease drain ensures that cleaning is a breeze. The double electric grill is fitted with a removable grease collection tray into which any excess drippings flow through a drain device. This drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned.
