The thickness of the sliced meat can be adjusted between 1 and 8 mm. The protective cover of the kebab slicer facilitates the safe use during cutting. With a rotating speed of 3200 rpm, you can use the kebab slicer to cut the meat effortlessly and precisely and directly from the spit. The cutting blade can be easily removed from the kebab slicer and is therefore easy to clean. If the blade becomes dull over time, you can sharpen the cutting blade with the included grindstone.
