Do you manufacture workpieces that require a large bending tool? Then the high-quality tube bending machine from MSW is the ideal tool for you. With the profile bending machine you manually bend square tubes up to 360°.

With the pipe bender you can process square and rectangular tubes precisely and quickly. To change the bending angle, turn the height-adjustable middle work roll down or up via the threaded rod of the hand press. The two outer castors are permanently installed as counter poles. 
Thanks to the long hand crank, this robust bending machine has optimum power transmission. Once the pipe is inserted between the three rollers, crank in one direction. If the workpiece does not yet have the desired curvature, simply readjust the hand press and crank back in the other direction. Repeat this process until the desired bending angle is reached.
With the tube bending tool you can process soft steel, copper and aluminium in the following dimensions:

• Mild steel (mm): 20 x 20 x 1.2 / 25 x 25 x 1.5 / 30 x 30 x 1.5 for a minimum radius of 180 mm and minimum diameter of 450 mm;
• Copper in (mm): 20 x 20 x 1.5 / 25 x 25 x 1.5 / 30 x 30 x 1.75 for a minimum radius of 170 mm and minimum diameter of 500 mm
• Aluminium (mm): 20 x 20 x 1.75 / 25 x 25 x 1.75 / 30 x 30 x 2 for a minimum radius of 200 mm and minimum diameter of 500 mm
