The RCBM-4B bain-marie from Royal Catering is perfect for keeping food warm maintaining it at the right temperature for long periods of time. The four Gastronorm containers can hold in parallel all the components of a meal or various dishes such as meat fish vegetables rice potatoes and sauces at the desired temperature without allowing them to burn. The food warmer is perfectly suited to meet the needs of any upscale food service establishment as well as restaurants hotels canteens buffets snack bars dining halls or retirement homes and hospitals.
This bain-marie impresses above all with its large filling volume. The four GN 1/2 containers are 100 mm deep and can each hold up to 6 litres meaning this appliance can heat or keep warm a total of 24 litres in parallel. This can save you a great deal of time which is particularly advantageous when you are preparing food for large events or during peak times in restaurants canteens or hotels. Other GN containers with a maximum container depth of 100 mm can also be used in the bain-marie and combined in various configurations.
The four removable GN 1/2 containers with lids are included in delivery. Thanks to the fully removable containers the foods can be placed in them in the kitchen and then set into the bain-marie. This not only saves time but allows you to conveniently and professionally replenish individual foods as needed. The lids ensure that even the food on the upper surface remains warm and protected from dust particles. Thanks to the stainless steel alloy the containers and lids are dishwasher-safe.
The bain-marie food warmer comes with a sneeze guard made of safety glass which can be easily installed or removed as needed. The guard protects your food and dishes from dirt and contamination while still allowing your customers to easily see and retrieve the products.
The bain-marie hot water bath works on the convection principle: A heating element heats the water between the device and the GN container and transfers the heat to the container. This allows you to not only effectively heat even delicate dishes but also to keep them warm over a long period of time without the risk of burning them. This bain-marie has a drain tap so that it can be quickly emptied after use guaranteeing easy operation.
The efficient 1 800 watt heating element rapidly heats the water to the desired temperature. The control knob activates the automatic thermostat which enables precise temperature control between 25 and 85 °C. In the event that the water temperature rises or falls the heat output adjusts automatically - which saves not only work but energy as well. Indicator lights inform you of the current operating status and the temperature is conveniently displayed on the large digital display making it easy to monitor.
