Product Description

High efficiency allows you to scald 7-8 chickens at a time. Inside the poultry scalder there is a removable steel basket with dimensions of 430x430x505 mm. The equipment has a capacity of 120 l. 

The stainless steel housing ensures the WIE-CS-120 model has a long service life. It is also easy to clean. The drain cock makes it easy to keep it clean. Rubber feet ensure a stable position.

Easy operation is possible thanks to the temperature setting knob and a separate on/off button. A sensitive thermostat controls the powerful heating element. The poultry scalder heats up quickly and maintains the selected temperature. It can be used in short intervals. It is recommended to scald: chickens at 60-65°C for 70-90 s, ducks at 63-66°C for 160-180 s, geese at 70-72°C for 120-130 s, pheasants at 63-67°C for 70-90 s, turkeys at 51-54°C for 80-95 s.

Scalding poultry is a process that requires experience. If it is too long or at too high a temperature, the skin can crack. On the other hand, scalding too short at too low a temperature causes the feathers to stick.
