The material's excellent thermal conductivity ensures the quick and even generation of heat. The chocolate is heated by convection. The heating element in the bottom of the device heats the air between the main compartment and the containers. This transfers the heat to the containers and their contents without using moisture, thereby preserving rich and complex aromas in the chocolate. The chocolate melter is made of sturdy stainless steel and equipped with two removable GN containers. The high-quality workmanship makes the device especially resilient, durable and low-maintenance. Thanks to its hygienic properties, stainless steel is particularly well-suited to preparing food. The smooth surfaces are also very easy to clean. The stainless steel GN containers are dishwasher-safe and keep chocolate warm up to 100 °C. The containers are 15 cm deep and have a capacity of 4 litres each. This corresponds to approx. 5 kg of chocolate per container.
