The commercial fryer is equipped with a 10-litre tank which can be filled with up to 5.3 litres of oil giving you the ability to fry large amounts of food at once. It is highly versatile for commercial use and ideal for preparing fish vegetables and many small snacks.
Thanks to the high performance of the removable 3200-watt heating element the oil rapidly reaches the maximum temperature of 200 °C. The high performance and basin volume enable you to produce large amounts of fries in a short amount of time. The highly-sensitive energy-efficient thermostat keeps the oil basin heat at a constant temperature for optimum cooking results.
The frying basket of the electric deep fryer measures 21 x 18.5 x 11 cm and is equipped with a heat-insulated handle. The frying basket and the included lid are both dishwasher-safe. The fine-mesh basket can be hung on a hanger on the side of the basin to allow excess oil to drain out. Pieces of food that fall out of the basket or sink down through cooling collect in the cold zone at the bottom and do not burn allowing the oil to retain its natural flavour.
