The grease interceptor from Royal Catering can be used in a variety of ways, be it for rinsing, preparation sinks or commercial dishwashers in the catering industry. Use the unit to separate grease and waste from the water before it is discharged into the sewage system. This way, the grease trap prevents both the drain and the drain pipes from becoming blocked. It is therefore the ideal hygiene accessory for all professional kitchens.

The housing of the oil separator is made of high-quality stainless steel which guarantees high stability and durability. In addition, stainless steel has a strong resistance to biological and chemical influences. Thanks to its high total capacity of 21 l, the grease separator collects up to 15 l of waste water containing animal or vegetable fats and oils. A fine-meshed basket inside catches all grease and lubricant residues, making cleaning the appliance particularly easy. Remove the collected fat separately to dispose of or recycle it.

With the practical drain tap, you can drain the separated fats and oils in a few easy steps. For easy handling, the drain tap is provided with helpful ON and OFF signs, and the influence as well as the outlet are also designed to be particularly wide to reduce the risk of clogging.

Close the lid of the grease separator securely and tightly with practical hinged catches, the seal of the robust cover keeps unwanted odours at bay. With this oil separator, you get a kitchen accessory that is particularly easy to clean and maintain: The cover of the grease trap is equipped with two handles, so you can remove it effortlessly. The separate basket inside is just as easy to remove. This reduces your cleaning and maintenance times to a minimum.
