The work surface is made from high-quality stainless steel. It has a size of 100x50cm to keep trays or GN-containers warm over an extended period of time. The heating element is powered by 600 watts and quickly heats the tray up to the desired temperature. The temperature ranges between 35-95°C. The shape of the heater is such that the temperature is consistently distributed over the whole surface of the tray keeping all dishes at an even temperature.
