This ensures a thin and crispy crust on the cordierite baking plate and juicy toppings on which the mozzarella gently melts. The chamber has space for one 60 cm pizza or you can make multiple mini pizzas.
The baking chamber quickly reaches and safely maintains the desired temperature thanks to a heating element with a total of 3 000 W for top and bottom heat. Set the desired baking time to the minute with the help of a timer. The cordierite floor ensures optimal heat distribution on the pizza dough and guarantees the unmistakable flavour of a stone oven pizza. The chamber provides enough space to place the pizza in the oven and comfortably remove it using a pizza shovel. The stylish glass window and interior lighting allow you to continuously monitor your pizza.
